Education and Training:

  • 2022-Present: Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Gord Fishell lab, Harvard Medical School & Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT, USA

  • 2016-2022: Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China

  • 2012-2016: B.S. in Bioinformatics, Zhejiang University, China

Research Focus:

I am a computational postdoctoral fellow in the Fishell lab. In order to unravel the molecular mechanisms regulating the spatiotemporal development and diverse function of cortex interneuron, I apply and develop computational methods to analyze multi-omics data. My research interests lie in the intersection of single cell data analysis, cortex development, machine learning and gene expression regulation. Additionally, I am fascinated with representation learning, and how cell states are synergistically regulated by both endogenous and exogenous signals.
