Research Focus:
I am a computational postdoctoral fellow in the Fishell lab. In order to unravel the molecular mechanisms regulating the spatiotemporal development and diverse function of cortex interneuron, I apply and develop computational methods to analyze multi-omics data. My research interests lie in the intersection of single cell data analysis, cortex development, machine learning and gene expression regulation. Additionally, I am fascinated with representation learning, and how cell states are synergistically regulated by both endogenous and exogenous signals.
