Current or Past Study:
I am primarily interested in how interneurons are wired and integrated into sensory cortical circuits during development. The question that intrigues me the most is how a sensory circuit becomes functional and specialized during development and how the integration of multiple inputs is translated into a specific output that guides behavior.
